As part of the Lynn Creek Town Centre redevelopment, Ashton residents will benefit from a transit-oriented community with easy access to employment, shopping, and recreation. The new 3-storey community centre will include a daycare and outdoor playground. Marie Place Park, next door, will be expanded, and nearby Seylynn and Bridgman parks are being upgraded. The commercial hub of the area, along Mountain Highway, will offer shops, services, and a grocery store. In the meantime, the Real Canadian Superstore is a short drive away. Numerous bus routes are accessible from Phibbs Exchange, and Highway 1 is just 4 minutes away.
