The B.C. Assessment Authority's 2025 list of the province's 500 most valuable properties begins with homes valued at over $12.49 million, many of which are located in Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Whistler.
At the very top of the list, however, is a prestigious stretch on Vancouver's west side, primarily along two streets: Belmont Avenue and Point Grey Road.
The property values are based on assessments conducted as of July 1, 2024. Below are the 10 most expensive properties on the list:
