Boffo Developments has unveiled plans for a mixed-use residential development at the corner of North Road and Smith Avenue in Burquitlam. The proposed project, called Smith & Farrow, will consist of:

Located on a site currently occupied by three low-rise residential buildings, the new development will offer a total of 348 market residences, 134 purpose-built rental units, and 21 non-market units. The architectural design is provided by Chris Dikeakos Architects.
