Brentwood’s Newest Community

Bassano, a new multi-family project by Boffo Developments, is coming soon to North Burnaby’s Brentwood Park neighbourhood. The masterplan consists of four residential towers from 25 to 50 storeys, with over 1,200 homes.

The first phase features a 43-storey highrise at the southwest corner of the site with 318 condominiums. A selection of 1- to 3-bedroom floor plans, including adaptable units, offer 626 – 1,732 sq ft of interior space.

Homeowners will have access to over 19,000 sq ft of amenities, including a top-floor Sky Lounge and a ground floor space designated for a café or small shop.

Extensive amenities of up to 19,364 sq ft are expected for the Phase 1 tower. These include co-working lounges, multi-purpose rooms, fitness facilities, guest suites, music rooms, and a Sky Lounge on the top floor.

Outdoor amenities feature extensive landscaping with lawns, lounge and dining spaces, children’s play areas, a dog run, and public artworks.

At ground level will be one 4,155-sq-ft commercial space that will provide an opportunity for a café or small retailer to serve the day-to-day-needs of residents.

The Phase 1 tower has a 4-storey underground parkade that will provide stalls for 462 vehicles, including 52 accessible, 35 for visitors, and 2 car wash. All resident parking spaces will have an EV charging outlet.

The parkade will also have double lockers for 636 bicycles, while short-term racks will accommodate 110 visitor bikes.

For those who may not own a vehicle, Boffo will provide a subsidy for a 2-year carshare membership for each unit and 2-zone transit passes for two years for 15% of residences.
